Some plans you look forward to

A courtyard concert, a weekend away, a catch-up with friends. Bring together the times, places and details, and leave more attention for the moment itself.

A good eveningstarts with an idea

Make the example event your own. Edit the details, save it and see how it fits into your day. All changes stay on this page.

01

It starts with anticipation

Heard about a concert or decided to meet up? Keep the name, category and place while the idea is fresh.

Give the event your own title
02

The details take shape

Set the time, update the status and add a cost. A plan can be tentative — you can return to it later.

Try a status and a cost range
03

Your evening comes together

The event joins your other plans. Find it by name or place, filter by status and open the details.

Details in their place

Everything you need before “see you there”

An event is more than a line with a title. Keep the details together so you don’t need to gather them again before heading out.

A place with context

Add a place to the event. Its name and address help you remember where it happens, with the details kept alongside your plan.

Photos and descriptions

Keep a photo, poster or useful details in the description. Return to the entry to clarify your plans or remember the event.

Once, or again

Set the date and time, and choose a recurrence. One-off trips and regular meetups each take their place in the calendar.
