Health & AI Notice

This notice supplements the Privacy Notice. It is not medical advice. Optional LifeOrg features may process health-related data and send a limited context to an external AI model only after a separate, informed and explicit consent.

1. Data and purpose

  • Possible inputs: age range, sex/gender selection, height, weight, goals, meal logs, nutrients, workouts, activity, sleep, check-ins, symptoms or notes you choose to enter, and images submitted for recognition.
  • Purpose: generate the specific summary, suggestion, classification or draft you request and personalize optional daily advice.
  • LifeOrg must minimize each request and must not send contacts, finance data or unrelated notes to a health-related AI task.

2. Consent controls

Health/AI consent must be off by default, separate from account registration and marketing, recorded with its text version and time, and as easy to withdraw as to give. A refusal must not block non-AI organizer features that do not need sensitive processing.

After withdrawal, LifeOrg stops new transmissions and disables the affected personalization. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier processing. Use account controls or privacy@lifeorg.app to request deletion or exercise other rights.

3. Providers and data governance

Production requests containing sensitive or personal data are limited to providers covered by an approved data-processing agreement and production data-governance configuration. LifeOrg currently designates the paid Google Gemini API for this path; the operator must document its contract, retention setting and transfer assessment before launch.

DeepSeek is not approved for LifeOrg production requests containing personal, health, finance, contact, receipt or user-image data. It must remain excluded unless a later privacy, security and transfer review approves a specific use.

4. Limitations and emergencies

AI output may be incomplete, outdated, biased or wrong. It cannot examine you or understand your full circumstances. Do not use it to diagnose, choose medication, replace a professional, or decide whether to seek urgent care.

If you believe you or another person is in danger or needs urgent medical help, contact local emergency services. LifeOrg does not monitor entries for emergencies.
