Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds
LifeOrg is currently a free, invitation-only beta for adult users worldwide. It does not sell a subscription, request a payment method or create an automatic-renewal obligation. Paid checkout must remain disabled until the seller setup, prices, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation path, refund rules and app-store disclosures are finalized.
Before any purchase
- Show the seller, total price and currency, taxes, billing period, included credits/features, trial length, renewal price and renewal frequency before confirmation.
- Obtain an explicit order confirmation and provide a durable receipt. Do not use pre-ticked paid add-ons.
- Explain immediate digital-service performance and any effect on a statutory withdrawal right using jurisdiction-specific counsel-approved wording.
Cancellation and refunds
Users must be able to cancel recurring service without unreasonable friction. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically erase the account. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store billing and refund process.
Mandatory consumer refunds and remedies always apply. Any voluntary refund policy must be displayed at checkout and cannot reduce statutory rights.
